Biography
Or Ordentlich received the B.Sc. degree (cum laude) in 2010, M.Sc. degree (summa cum laude) in 2011, and his PhD degree in 2016, all in electrical engineering in Tel Aviv University, Israel. He is currently a postdoctoral associate in the Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge and in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Boston University. He will be joining the Rachel and Selim Benin School of Computer Science and Engineering at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the fall of 2017.
Or is the recipient of the MIT – Technion Postdoctoral Fellowship, the Adams Fellowship awarded by the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities, the Thalheimer Scholarship for graduate students, the Advanced Communication Center (ACC) Feder Family Award for outstanding research work in the field of communication technologies (2011,2014), and the Weinstein Prize for research in signal processing (2011,2013,2014).
